Review the steps below; they will help you to progress through the course and the test, and explain how to receive your certificate of completion.

  1. Review the Objectives
    The objectives identify the important content in this course. It is this content that the learner should be able to achieve by taking this course.
  2. Study the Course
    The information contained in most courses was largely determined by law or regulation, by the State that mandates its completion. Whenever possible, updated and expanded information is provided in order to increase the learner's knowledge and skill.
  3. Take the Test
    After studying the course, click on "Test" and answer the questions provided at the end of each course. Answer each question by clicking on the button corresponding to the correct answer. All questions must be answered before the test can be graded. There is no time limit on this test. You may refer back to the course at any time with the back arrow on your browser.
  4. Grade the Test
    Click on "Grade Test" and either "Register" if you are a new learner, or "Login" if you've previously registered. Finally, provide a credit card number for secure transmission to pay for the exam processing fee. A score of 80 percent or more is required to pass the test.
  5. Complete the Evaluation
    After successful completion of the test, an evaluation form will be displayed on the screen. Evaluate the course and give us your feedback. Please answer the questions, enter the amount of time spent completing the entire course including the test, and let us know how you learned about Access Continuing Education, Inc. Your Certificate of Completion will be displayed for you to print and submit to the respective licensing authority. Whenever possible, Access Continuing Education, Inc. will make the transfer electronically to the respective licensing authority or required continuing education tracking organization. The "Introduction" of each course will identify if the course can be transferred electronically.
